These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Autofolio and all related websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization and that it accepts these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or circumvent security or access controls.
• Do not upload or publish content that infringes others’ rights, contains personal data of others without consent, or violates applicable law.
• Do not reverse‑engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method at the applicable interval and price. Taxes may apply. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Subject to applicable law, fees are non‑refundable except where we expressly state otherwise.

Content & Licenses

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. You grant Autofolio a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service. Some features use AI/LLM providers to process text you submit; by using those features you instruct us to transmit your content to such providers for processing.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violation of these Terms, risk to the Service, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but the following provisions survive: Content & Licenses, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that AI‑generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autofolio and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Autofolio is organized, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a different forum is required by applicable law.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
